Our Association

Our Association exists to support our members, advocate for fair and professional working conditions, and promote the resources, representation, and support officers need to serve the public effectively. We are committed to protecting the interests of our members while encouraging professionalism, accountability, and excellence throughout the law enforcement profession.

The men and women we represent serve Boulder in many different roles, but they share a common commitment to public safety and community service. Beyond their work in uniform, our members are also neighbors, parents, volunteers, coaches, and community members who care deeply about the city they serve.

We believe strong relationships between law enforcement and the community are essential to a safe and thriving Boulder. Through advocacy, community involvement, charitable support, and open communication, the Boulder Police Officers Association works to strengthen those relationships and create meaningful connections between our members and the people they serve.
